You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials confidential
• All activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if any information is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

Users can earn a cash balance by participating in offers, games, and other activities.

• Rewards are promotional credits.
• Rewards have no monetary value until successfully redeemed.
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged.

You may earn rewards through:

• Offerwalls (Revenue Universe, Torox, Adgate Media, MyChips, HangMyAds)
• Internal games
• Referral program
• Daily streaks, missions, loot boxes
• Leaderboards and promotions

Important:

• Rewards are credited only when successfully tracked and validated.
• Offer partners (not Lazy Rewards) determine completion status.
• If tracking fails, you must contact the offer partner's support.
• Lazy Rewards is not responsible for missing or untracked rewards.

We reserve the right to:

• Reverse rewards
• Deduct balances
• Cancel pending rewards

This may occur in cases including:

• Fraud
• Chargebacks
• Offer reversals by partners
• Suspicious activity

Thresholds:

• First withdrawal: $25 minimum
• Subsequent withdrawals: $5 minimum

Methods:

• PayPal
• Gift cards
• Bank transfer

Limits:

• Maximum payout per transaction: $500

Additional Terms:

• All redemptions are final
• Rewards cannot be reversed after successful payout
• Availability of payout methods may vary by region

We require identity verification before the first payout.

Verification may include:

Failure to complete verification may result in:

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of VPNs or proxies
• Emulator usage

• Offer manipulation
• Use of bots, scripts, or automation

Violation may result in:

• Account suspension or termination
• Forfeiture of rewards
• Permanent ban

Users may earn referral rewards when:

• Referred user signs up via referral link
• Referred user earns at least $1
• Referred user completes first withdrawal

Restrictions:

• Self-referrals are prohibited
• Duplicate or fake accounts are prohibited
• Fraudulent activity voids all referral rewards

Lazy Rewards may offer:

• Weekly leaderboards
• Monthly giveaways
• Loot boxes and streak rewards
• Missions and bonuses

We may modify or discontinue these features at any time.

Accounts inactive for 12 months may be:

• Suspended
• Permanently closed

Remaining rewards may be forfeited upon closure.

Rewards do not expire once granted

However, rewards may be deducted in cases of:

• Fraud
• Chargebacks
• Partner reversals

Users are solely responsible for any taxes arising from:

• Rewards earned
• Rewards redeemed

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws
• Interfere with platform functionality
• Exploit or abuse the system

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraud or abuse
• Any activity deemed harmful to the Platform

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Successful tracking of offers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CashCraft Games LLC shall not be liable for:

• Loss of rewards
• Missed earnings
• Technical issues
• Third-party failures

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CashCraft Games LLC from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Violation of these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado.

You waive the right to:

• Jury trial
• Class action lawsuits

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
